  • Tax ID / Passport / VAT number (for billing).

  • Email address and phone number.
  • Order history and uploaded print files.
  • Payment details (credit card data is never stored on our servers).

3. Purpose of Processing

Personal data is used to manage user registrations, process print orders, generate quotes, issue invoices, process electronic payments, and answer inquiries. We do not sell data to third parties.

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based on contract execution, user consent, compliance with Spanish legal and tax obligations, and legitimate interest in fraud prevention.

5. Online Payments

Payments are securely handled by Stripe under international PCI DSS encryption standards. We do not store complete payment card data.
